A proud bilingual Calgarian with deep Prairie roots, Jennifer brings over 15 years of progressive HR, business development, and environmental services expertise to Macdonald Search Group. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Alberta.
Jennifer's career spans critical roles across Calgary's energy and environmental sectors. Beginning as a Business Development Representative at Agat Labs, she built strong foundations in client relationship management within technical scientific environments. At Alliance Environmental, she successfully onboarded major oil and gas infrastructure clients, specializing in drilling waste management and environmental compliance services.
Her progression continued through senior leadership positions at Tervita (formerly Newalta) and Millennium EMS Solutions, where she gained extensive experience in environmental consulting, team leadership, talent management, organizational rebranding, and compensation strategy.
Jennifer's unique combination of scientific background, senior-level HR expertise, and deep understanding of Western Canada's business landscape makes her an invaluable recruitment partner for clients in:
