As a Senior Consultant at MacDonald Search Group, Josh Linde spearheads Ontario and cross‑border United States executive searches in Consumer Products, Beverage Alcohol Hospitality, Food Service, Cannabis, Medical, Dental, and Pharmaceuticals. Drawing on his career experience and an entrepreneur’s mindset, he helps clients secure talent who can unlock new channels, innovate faster and scale quickly.

Prior to becoming a Headhunter, Josh served as General Manager of Canterbury Coffee’s Eastern operations, guiding a cross functional team through rapid category growth and multi‑site production and distribution initiatives.

An entrepreneur at heart, Josh earlier co‑owned Walter Craft Caesar—Canada’s first all‑natural craft Caesar mix—and played a pivotal role in creating and legitimizing the craft Caesar segment nationwide. His hands‑on leadership in product development, brand building and sustainable sourcing helped propel Walter Non-Alcoholic Craft Beverages from a start‑up concept to a household name distributed in thousands of outlets across the country through his decade of product management.

Josh’s 20‑plus‑year career spans product management, HR and systems analytics, giving him a uniquely holistic view of how consumer‑facing businesses grow—from kitchen bench‑top prototypes to full‑scale manufacturing and omnichannel retail. He has lived and worked across Canada, forging relationships with suppliers, distributors and hospitality operators in every major region.
