Our client is a print and packaging company in the Lower Mainland.
They are looking for a Branch Operations Manager to oversee the day to day and team, supporting business performance, driving and executing on operations functions, overseeing sales and growth of the site.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients, CSR and sales team to continue to meet and exceed targets
- Understands production capabilities, efficiencies, competitive advantages, market trends
- Prepares accurate job estimates from concept through production
- Maintain awareness of operational expenses and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and workflow performance
- Oversees production planning, effective scheduling, and raw material purchasing
- Promotes a positive, high-performance culture and strong employee morale
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of supervisory, management, or leadership experience - ideally in manufacturing / production
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Financial acumen with the ability to understand margins, costing, and business performance metrics.
