Demand Planning Manager

Mississauga, ON | $100,000 - 110,000 + Bonus + Benefits

This is more than a planning role - it's an opportunity to build the planning function, influence company strategy, and become a key member of the operations leadership team. What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead the company's demand planning and forecasting process.
  • Drive S&OP and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Production.
  • Translate demand into purchasing, manufacturing, and inventory plans across multiple locations.
  • Lead the Procurement and Order Entry teams.
  • Optimize inventory levels, replenishment strategies, and service performance.
  • Own the planning function within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar ERP).
  • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to support executive decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and supply chain performance.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Inventory Planning.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong ERP/MRP planning experience (Business Central, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc.).
  • Advanced Excel skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience leading cross-functional planning initiatives.
  • Purchasing and supplier management experience is considered a strong asset.
  • Leadership experience is preferred.
