What You'll Do
- Full-Cycle Accounts Payable: Manage daily AP processing from start to finish, including invoice entry, vendor follow-ups, and building positive relationships with suppliers.
- Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations: Perform daily reconciliations across multiple bank accounts and credit cards to ensure our financial records stay accurate and up to date.
- Timecard Monitoring: Oversee uAttend daily for missed timecard punches, following up directly with team members to resolve gaps and keep payroll running smoothly.
- Accounting Background: Educational foundation or practical experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or accounts payable.
- Sage Experience: Hands-on experience navigating Sage software.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and clear communication.
- Experience with, or a natural curiosity for, accounting automation, workflow optimization, and process improvement.
