What You’ll Do to Drive Growth:
- Build and execute profitable, long-term strategies for key national and regional retail accounts.
- Meet and exceed annual sales and profit goals while expanding product distribution and market share.
- Be the first point of contact for your assigned accounts — answer questions, resolve challenges, and find new opportunities to collaborate.
Strategize & Deliver:
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop winning proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure successful implementation of agreements.
- Support product launches, merchandising updates, promotions, and more — working closely with Marketing, Operations, Field Sales, and Supply Chain teams.
- Advocate for customer needs across departments.
- Clearly communicate account goals and progress to internal stakeholders.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Take part in ongoing training and continuous improvement efforts.
- 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably with key accounts and wholesale customers
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; proficiency with Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience working with market data tools (e.g., Nielsen, Numerator)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience managing and executing against national-level retail partnerships
- Valid driver’s license and passport (some travel may be required)
