The Role
The Inside Sales Representative will play a critical role in supporting daily operations and serving as a key point of contact for HVAC dealer customers. This position combines customer service, order management, and sales support responsibilities, ensuring a seamless experience from order placement through delivery.
You’ll work closely with external sales, operations, and leadership to support dealer relationships and help drive revenue through responsive, accurate, and proactive service.

Customer Service & Dealer Support
- Act as a primary point of contact for HVAC dealer customers
- Respond to inquiries related to product availability, pricing, and order status
- Build strong relationships through timely, professional communication
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment
- Monitor order progress and proactively communicate updates or issues
- Support the outside sales team with quotes, product information, and follow-ups
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products where appropriate
- Assist in maintaining customer accounts and pricing structures
- Coordinate shipping logistics and documentation
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries
- Assist with inventory inquiries and product availability
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems
- Support process improvements as the business scales
- Assist with general office and operational tasks as needed
- 2-5+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or order desk roles (HVAC or distribution experience preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
50-60K base salary
