Compensation: $120,000–$125,000 Base + 30% Variable

A well-established and growing organization in the equipment rental and industrial services space is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead regional revenue growth and market expansion.

This is a leadership role with significant visibility and impact — ideal for a hands-on sales leader who thrives in a performance-driven environment and enjoys being in the field with their team.

The Opportunity You will lead a regional sales team across multiple branches, driving revenue, increasing market share, and strengthening customer relationships.

This role is highly field-focused (40–60% travel) and requires a leader who can coach, inspire, and hold a team accountable while maintaining strong executive-level customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Representatives
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share across the region
  • Execute strategic sales plans and refine pricing and promotional strategies
  • Strengthen customer retention and resolve escalated issues
  • Expand high-potential accounts and identify new equipment sales opportunities
  • Manage pipeline activity and report results to senior leadership
  • Partner closely with branch operations and credit teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Represent the organization at industry events and networking functions
What You Bring
  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience (equipment rental, construction, industrial or related sectors preferred)
  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Strong business acumen with experience reviewing P&Ls and managing budgets
  • Proven ability to build and grow high-performance teams
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and sales analytics
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 40–60%
  • Confident, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
