Role summary
Act as the primary contact for inbound phone and web leads. Qualify customers, book appointments, maintain CRM records, coordinate emergency requests, and support sales and field teams with administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and web leads; qualify and book in‑home appointments.
- Nurture leads through the sales process until appointment conversion.
- Become proficient in the CRM and company operations.
- Coordinate emergency service requests with dispatch and technicians.
- Provide administrative support for rebate applications and post‑sale follow‑up.
- Maintain accurate records, track performance metrics, and suggest process improvements.
- Develop product knowledge and sales skills to improve conversion rates.
