We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to build, manage, and grow strategic customer relationships across Canada and the U.S. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for key and prospective accounts. Working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, you’ll help deliver tailored solutions, ensure operational excellence, and drive profitable growth.


What we need from you:

Account Management & Growth

  • Own and deepen relationships with key accounts, serving as the client’s main point of contact
  • Identify opportunities to expand relationships through upselling, cross-selling, or new product solutions
  • Deliver consistently against revenue and margin targets
Customer Engagement
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring alignment across departments
  • Lead client meetings, innovation sessions, and strategic presentations
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to establish long-term value partnerships
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with internal teams (e.g., R&D/Product, Operations, Quality, Marketing, Finance) to meet client needs
  • Ensure forecasting accuracy, reliable delivery, and overall service excellence
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and product launches
Business Development
  • Prospect new business within existing accounts and untapped channels
  • Contribute to the company’s expansion strategy across new regions or sectors
  • Monitor competitive activity and market dynamics to inform strategy
Reporting & CRM
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and account plans in the CRM system
  • Provide regular sales forecasting and performance reporting
  • Analyze account health and build strategies to close gaps and accelerate growth
What You Bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, business development, or sales (experience with B2B product or service sales is an asset)
  • Business or commerce post secondary education
  • Proven success managing and growing client portfolios — strong in both “hunting” and “farming”
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence across teams
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management abilities
