About the Role
We are seeking a bilingual Account Manager to join our national sales team. Based in the Gatineau/Ottawa area, this role covers a territory including Gatineau, Montebello, Mont-Tremblant, Ottawa, Cornwall, Kingston, and bi-annual trips to Winnipeg, Saskatoon, and Regina. The ideal candidate will thrive in a client-facing role, enjoy building strong relationships, and have a natural ability to understand the needs of retail customers in the health and wellness space.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail customers to support their success in selling our products
- Schedule regular customer visits to identify opportunities for growth
- Communicate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage reporting and provide insights on account health
- Act as a trusted partner by understanding and addressing retailer challenges
- Previous account management experience, ideally in the Natural Health space in Canada
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; bilingual (English/French) required
- Experience in health food stores or related industry is an asset
- BSc in Nutrition or RHN designation preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel within the territory; valid driver’s license and vehicle required
