Through products and services like AMI and Metrology, they help Utilities and Municipalities alike optimize their distribution of water and energy.


Position Summary:
The Account Development Manager, Metrology Solutions position will be overseen and report to the Director of Sales for the specific region but functions autonomously in the promotion, sale, application, and problem-solving required in all aspects of Water Smart Metering. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to coach the entire sales channel through the sales process at all levels within the utility/municipality.

General Responsibilities:

  • Set-up/Demonstrate products:
    • Meters
    • Reading Equipment
    • Software
  • Provide detailed documentation on products/services as needed during the sales process.
  • Deliver high-level or detailed Meter presentations effectively.
  • Gathering data for CRM system so we keep track and keep delivering the best solutions to their customers
  • A self-motivated, results-orientated individual with a high degree of energy and competitiveness balanced with integrity and a personable demeanour
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time

Education and Experience:
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a technical environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or Technical Field
  • Ability to identify customer needs and relate them accurately to service products’ capabilities
  • Proven track record of setting and meeting demanding sales objectives
  • Fluency in CRM (Salesforce preferred)
