Our client creates and disseminates valuable data sets to support their global medical and pharmaceutical clients and is in expansion mode As an Account Executive, you are a tech savy individual that can grow existing business and develop new business in the marketplace.
You will be hired as a permanent contractor to the organization and will be able to work from anywhere in Canada. Meetings exist in the Metaverse, Teams, Zoom etc. Perfect for the digital nomad or WFH candidate seeking a complex leadership marketing challenge for a world-changing company!
Some of what you will do in this role includes:
- B2B Sales experience with business development and account management experience
- Lead generation and lead on product Demo's. Own the sell cycle
- Develop and track prospect lists and follow-ups with good CRM management
- Research competitors to stay current with similar products or services on the market
- Work with the marketing department to develop creative campaigns that attract new customers and keep current clients
- Attend industry events and trade shows as required
- Post-secondary education in marketing, business, or life sciences
- 5+ years of related experience in SAAS marketing. Salesforce experience is a asset
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, data (IRI or Nielson) insights industry, marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to manage a small but fast-moving team
- Comfort with technology and interest in emerging technology including Virtual Reality
- Ability to work on an independent contractor basis – this role is perfect for the digital nomad or digital-first work from home marketing leader
