Account Executive - Enterprise Technology Solutions (Calgary)
A leading Canadian technology solutions provider is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business growth in the Calgary market. This role focuses on acquiring net-new clients and closing complex, high-value deals across sectors such as Energy, Engineering, Retail, and Public Sector.

The Opportunity
You will own the full enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting through to close—while building strategic relationships with senior stakeholders. Backed by a strong delivery organization and a broad portfolio (including AI-driven solutions, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation), you'll position yourself as a trusted advisor to clients navigating large-scale transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business and secure strategic "net-new" accounts
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, and market engagement
  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles and close high-value deals
  • Develop executive-level relationships across key industries
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to craft compelling client solutions
  • Accurately manage pipeline, forecasting, and sales activity through CRM tools
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience with a strong focus on net-new business
  • Proven success selling complex technology or professional services solutions (e.g., cloud, managed services, AI, cybersecurity, digital transformation)
  • Strong network and market knowledge within Calgary and/or Western Canada
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales environments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
  • A driven, "hunter" mindset with a track record of exceeding targets
