Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver profit, net revenue and volume targets for Loblaws and Sobeys National Accounts
- Accurately forecast sales, shipments and trade spend while maximizing ROI
- Negotiate annual cost and merchandising programs with key customer stakeholders including Procurement, Category Managers and Directors
- Analyze data and trends to drive results
- Timely reviews (internal & external) of account issues/opportunities & development of solutions to ensure targets are delivered
- University degree, ideally in Business, Commerce, or related field
- Experience on these accounts at the head office level is a MUST
- A results-oriented CPG Professional, with proven sales success
- Min 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management and strong business analysis skills
- Effective Communication – comfortable dealing and communicating with the customer and internal teams at varying levels of management
- Possess solid business skills – understanding of P&Ls and inputs, ACNielsen market data tools and retailer portals
- Time Management (Prioritize customers deadlines vs. Internal deadlines) & strong computer software skills
