Our client is seeking a National Account Manager based in the Greater Toronto Area. This hybrid role will be responsible for leading and developing the national sales strategy, reporting into the VP of Sales. As a part of their continuously evolving business, the National Account Manager will serve as a key contributor while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver profit, net revenue and volume targets for Loblaws and Sobeys National Accounts
  • Accurately forecast sales, shipments and trade spend while maximizing ROI
  • Negotiate annual cost and merchandising programs with key customer stakeholders including Procurement, Category Managers and Directors
  • Analyze data and trends to drive results
  • Timely reviews (internal & external) of account issues/opportunities & development of solutions to ensure targets are delivered
Key Qualifications:
  • University degree, ideally in Business, Commerce, or related field
  • Experience on these accounts at the head office level is a MUST
  • A results-oriented CPG Professional, with proven sales success
  • Min 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management and strong business analysis skills
  • Effective Communication – comfortable dealing and communicating with the customer and internal teams at varying levels of management
  • Possess solid business skills – understanding of P&Ls and inputs, ACNielsen market data tools and retailer portals
  • Time Management (Prioritize customers deadlines vs. Internal deadlines) & strong computer software skills
