Account Manager
Our client is a brand builder that is actively disrupting the beverage market in the United States. Due to consumer, and retailer interest in this new category, our client is experiencing incredible growth and is looking to launch their national sales structure.
They have signed with many top distributors and are currently in 19 states with plans to double their distribution by September 2021.
If you have a track record of success delivering sales in the field and are motivated to drive a new brand into the market with an industry leader, then this is the one for you.
Some of what you will do in this role includes:
  • Work with major distribution partners to expand distribution and deliver exponential sales growth.
  • Train, mentor, and support distributor sales teams
  • Build deep lasting relationships with key retail partners.
  • Be the face of the brand in your defined territory.
  • Participate and coordinate events to drive awareness of the brand.
  • Support neighboring team members with major market pushes.
  • Ensure that brand plans, sales targets, performance, and selling materials are regularly updated and at arms length.
You should have the following in your background to apply:
  • Post secondary education
  • 5+ years sales experience in marketing of CPG, Beverage Alcohol, Tobacco or Cannabis
  • A strong sense of urgency with an entrepreneurial can-do attitude who wants to build a brand
  • Financial and sales analytics acumen
  • Creative, innovative and collaborative
  • Effective decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral
  • Ability to speak your mind, be persuasive and stand up for what you believe in
