Specific Responsibilities Include:
  • Support and drive existing dealer network
  • Develop new dealers throughout North America
  • Ensure sales targets and objectives are achieved
  • Promote product through education, training and lunch and learns
  • Be a brand ambassador to the dealer network, A & D community, flooring installers and end users
  • Identify opportunities through cold calling, networking and business development
What We’re Looking For Includes:
  • College or University degree not required but an asset
  • 5+ years sales experience in flooring industry
  • A roll up your sleeves, jump in and get it done attitude
  • Exceptional organizational skills along with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Highly evolved time management skills with a strong sense of urgency and very detail oriented
  • Ability to develop product and application knowledge to be a true consultant to customers and dealers
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Demonstrated ability to live core values of “Respect For All”, “Own It” and “Results Focused”
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license, passport and the ability to travel 25 – 35% of the time
