What you will be doing:
- Preparing account opening documentation
- Following up with clients and back office ensuring accurate documentation
- Preparation of client review materials, reports and correspondence
- Client record keeping using in house systems
- Filing and preparing mailings for seminars, newsletters and info packages
- You have two years experience in an administrative role in the investment industry
- You have a relevant university degree or diploma
- You have completed your CHC and CPH (or are working toward completion)
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office - particularly Excel
- Strong financial industry knowledge and desire to continue learning
- Outstanding communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously is key
