Specific Responsibilities Include:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with targeted architects to achieve annual goals
  • Manage the sales process through effective CRM management and team communication
  • Advise customers on products and applications suggesting new products to achieve client needs
  • Ensure selling strategies align with meeting territory revenue and profit goals
  • Support architects as a business partner to maximize market share through coordination, demand creation and strategy sessions
  • Conduct site surveys and building walk throughs to assist with development of specification standards
What We’re Looking For Includes:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or equivalent years of experience
  • 5+ years sales or architectural experience
  • Local understanding of codes and the CSI format of specifications an asset
  • Strong communication skills – verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with solid customer service focus
  • Highly evolved time management skills
  • Previous experience in the architectural community
  • Ability to travel approximately 10 - 15% of the time
