We are looking for a Multi-unit Franchise Coach to join our Client in the food retail industry. This role will be working closely with franchisees to support their needs, develop solutions and drive results.

Responsibilities include:
  • Work hands on with operators to streamline and perfect KPI's to the customer benefit, allowing for sales growth
  • Lead, coach and act as an advisor for operators
  • Support new location openings
  • Drive operational excellence in order to maximize our location's sales, profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure successful implementation of marketing, product and systems initiatives and improvements across a large number locations

What You Bring to the Table:
  • A great attitude with the ability to quickly develop trust and meaningful relationships
  • Experience in multi-site retail management experience an asset
  • Managerial experience in food service - over $3 Million in revenue a plus
  • Skilled in analyzing financial results and performance metrics, and translating strategic concepts into actionable plans
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently and spend time 'in the field' rather than behind a desk
  • Ability to influence others in order to affect change and drive constant improvement, changing leadership style to effectively coach different stakeholders
  • Can work autonomously, take risks and exercise sound judgement with minimal supervision
  • Thoughtful communication, problem- solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Business education an asset
