The Asset Manager serves as a strategic liaison between our client and the Food Hall's operations team, ensuring the adherence to high standards while facilitating the success of the Food & Beverage (F&B) and community aspects. They execute vision for The Food Hall, overseeing operations and reporting back to the executive team.

Qualifications for the role include 5-10 years of F&B-related Asset Management experience, an undergraduate business degree, and a professional designation like an MBA, CPA, CFA, or AMP. Necessary skills encompass real estate asset management, F&B asset management, customer experience enhancement, entrepreneurial spirit, motivation, and proficiency with Square POS and relevant third-party add-ons like Deliverect.

The Asset Manager collaborates with various stakeholders including the GM, tenants, delivery dispatch program, community manager, bar co-managers, and the event space team.

Responsibilities span several areas:
Tenant Relations: Onboarding, education, ongoing communication, and support.
Leasing: Strategy, tenant mix, negotiation, cost analysis, and minimizing turnover.
Financials and Data Analysis: Reporting, profitability enhancement, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Operations: Contract management, property oversight, performance review, and standards audit.
People: HR oversight, policy development, and management.
Community and Guest Relations: Issue resolution, refunds, engagement, and event planning.
Tech Stack: System management, site syncing, and food photo management.
Brand Development: Overall brand responsibility, working with management teams.
The Asset Manager ensures The Food Hall operates efficiently, maintains high standards, fosters community engagement, and enhances profitability while upholding the brand's prestige. They play a crucial role in aligning operations with our clients’ objectives and ensuring the success of the Food Hall.
