• Assist in overseeing quality control throughout all phases of construction.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and corporate safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe construction site, including snow removal, debris management, and maintaining safe access points (stairs, ramps, guardrails, sidewalks, and driveways).
• Perform minor construction repairs and touch-ups, such as framing, painting, flooring, cabinetry, and hardware adjustments.
• Install and maintain temporary safety structures, such as walkways, stairs, and handrails.
• Conduct weekly hazard assessments and report safety concerns to the Site Superintendent and Safety Supervisor.
• Assist with quality control checks for framing, insulation, foundation, and pre-occupancy inspections.
• Communicate with trades and suppliers via phone, email, or in person, as directed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in construction or a related role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods.
• Ability to perform minor construction repairs and operate tools safely.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid Provincial Driver’s License is required.
