For over 20 years, our client has been helping their clients sell cars by perfecting the Appointment Driven Private Sale Event. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of the events to help dealerships maximize sales. Frequent travel in the Western US required. If you have a track record of success in the automotive world, have high energy and management experience, this could be the opportunity that you have been looking for.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver dealer training programs
  • Conduct pre-sale telephone training and assist the sales staff in booking appointments
  • Stage the dealership private sales events
  • Build rapport with the dealership team to establish trust and respect
  • Create a sense of excitement around the event to motivate the team
  • Complete and submit post sale summaries and reports

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 – 10 years automotive sales/sales management experience
  • Current appropriate automotive sales license
  • Natural self starter who is reliable and dependable
  • Able to ignite passion and motivate others
  • Strong and effective communicator with excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with poise, diplomacy and practical knowledge
  • Inspirational leader with charisma and the ability to bring out the best in others
  • Must have valid passport
  • This position requires travel throughout Western USA
