What you will be doing:

  • Receiving and directing incoming calls
  • Supporting the needs of customers in both English and French speaking regions
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Incoming/outgoing mail
  • Arranging couriers
  • Managing office stationery
  • Filing
  • Organizing company lunches, guest lunches etc.
  • Invoicing, customer payment posting, collections
  • Special projects as required
Who you are:
  • Secondary school graduate, extra points for post-secondary education
  • Spoken and written fluency in both English and French
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Products
  • Positive outgoing personality Friendly, willingness to learn and ability to be flexible
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Exceptional organizational skills
