Generally responsible for recording and maintaining financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments.

General Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Payroll and benefits for staff of 20.
  • Receiving and recording cheques.
  • Checking for accuracy in reports, figures, and postings.
  • Interacting with management, customers, and vendors.
  • Government remittances – bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly.
  • Proficiency in Simply Accounting Software.

  • Excellent analytical, financial, and mathematical abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Extremely trustworthy and professionally-minded.
  • Strong business and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines.
  • Experience preferred

Weekly hours: TBD

Yearly Salary Range: Competitive range depending on PT or FT
