COMPANY BOOKKEEPER JOB DESCRIPTION
Generally responsible for recording and maintaining financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments.
General Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Payroll and benefits for staff of 20.
- Receiving and recording cheques.
- Checking for accuracy in reports, figures, and postings.
- Interacting with management, customers, and vendors.
- Government remittances – bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly.
- Proficiency in Simply Accounting Software.
- Excellent analytical, financial, and mathematical abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Extremely trustworthy and professionally-minded.
- Strong business and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Experience preferred
Weekly hours: TBD

Yearly Salary Range: Competitive range depending on PT or FT
