They work across multiple industries to deliver measurable energy savings and operational improvements. They are looking for driven sales professionals who want to play a key role in expanding our market presence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and creating sales opportunities that lead to long-term client partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating conversations, and building a strong pipeline that supports revenue growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Engage with decision-makers to introduce the company and their value proposition
- Qualify potential clients and schedule meetings for senior sales leaders
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities
- Research target markets and industries to uncover new business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive lead generation initiatives
- Track all prospecting and sales activity
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation
- Proven ability to prospect and generate new opportunities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated, competitive, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Experience in energy, sustainability, utilities, or industrial services is a strong asset
- Consistently generating qualified sales opportunities
