Our client is an internationally recognized provider of chef-inspired, innovative desserts and is seeking a National Sales Leader, remotely based in Vancouver or Toronto, to lead the development, implementation, and execution of sales strategies for Foodservice Accounts in Canada to achieve assigned growth objectives.

Role includes:
  • Management of current Foodservice accounts in Canada and the pursuit and winning of new customers in both Canada and the US
  • Develop relationships and grow business with key national operators (multi-unit restaurants) that align with the company’s strategic goals for its brand of products – ultimately meeting or exceeding set volume, revenue, and margin objectives
  • Provide collaborative direction and leadership to independent and national sales agencies (brokers) as needed to engage with key operators (multi-unit restaurants)

Key Qualifications include:
  • University degree
  • Minimum 5+ years of Foodservice, retail food, and/or CPG sales success. Dessert experience a plus
  • Experience in managing broker sales relationships a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets

Frequent Travel across Canada and designated United States regions is required.
