The successful applicant will be responsible for executing complete building commissioning on projects that will vary in type, size, complexity, and location.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Work closely with engineers, contractors, field personnel, subcontractors, and technical support staff to deliver professional, quality, and consistent commissioning services to building owners and constructors in a timely manner
What We’re Looking For Includes:
  • 1-3 years of local commissioning experience or 5 years experience working directly with mechanical systems at a high level.
  • Preference is given to applicants with a university degree or technical diploma in engineering, engineering technology, or HVAC systems.
  • Knowledge of the commissioning processes as outlined by LEED, ASHRAE and BCxA,
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanour
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
  • Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, and Windows software
  • Preference is given to experience with building management software and design
  • Ability to be bondable
  • Valid drivers license and reliable access to a vehicle
