Our client owns and operates Halifax’s most Unique brands of restaurants, nightclubs, entertainment, and special event venues. Overseeing a portfolio of 3 corporate casual fine dining concepts in the Halifax region the successful Director Of Culinary will bring innovation and best practices to our client's existing operations.

As the Director of Culinary, your duties are to establish a menu, hire chefs and other staff, plan budgets, and determine what to charge for menu items.

We are seeking candidates with a degree or Culinary diploma, preferably Codon Bleu educated and extensive experience in a restaurant or other foodservice business.
