We are currently recruiting for an Bilingual Customer Service Rep for a Canadian company

You are responsible for providing courteous, efficient, and prompt service to the customer base. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound communication to customers, building strong relationships with customers and sales partners to help grow the business. This is a bilingual (English and French) role.

This is primarily an on onsite position with regular working hours
This position is permanent and full-time offering a base salary, benefits, and bonus

What to expect?
  • Act as the touchpoint for existing customers and provide support in all aspects of the process
  • Providing administrative support at the executive level in all aspects of business operations
  • Complete order management including invoicing; shipping and returning management; complaints management; reporting and archive management
  • Proactive participation in improving customer support processes
  • Telephone and email support
  • Order monitoring
Requirements:
  • University degree
  • French language skills - professional proficiency
  • Some customer service and/or administrative work experience is preferred
  • Strong communicator
  • Outgoing personality who excels in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
