Our client in Richmond is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead its small team in providing outstanding service to customers across Canada. This is a hands on role that will provide a great work environment and long term professional growth for the right candidate. What you will be doing:
  • While working alongside your team, you will provide leadership that ensures outstanding customer service
  • Driving results through collaboration with production, warehouse, and transportation departments
  • Observing day to day activities and procedures and always seeking ways to improve and implementing those measures
  • Working with production to support development of new products through your observation of market trends and needs
  • Participating in sales and operations review meetings
  • Remaining aware of inventory levels and working with production to ensure optimization
  • Participating in pricing and cost analytics
  • Resolution of customer concerns and complaints

Who you are:
  • You have some relevant post secondary education
  • You have worked as a supervisor or manager in a customer service environment for at least two years
  • You are highly organized, and work well in a dynamic busy environment
  • You have outstanding written and spoken english skills (extra points for French!)
  • You are a critical thinker and make strategically thought out decisions
  • You have in depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products and have worked with an ERP
  • You bring integrity and a positive approach to your work everyday
