With products sourced globally and proudly displayed in thousands of quality retailers across North America, they are adding a Customer Service / Sales Assistant to their team. Specific Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage all incoming customer service requests and issues in a professional manner
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales and the sales team
  • Generate weekly customer service reports for management review
  • Assist in developing e-commerce sales by working closely with Director of Sales and Inside Sales team
  • Monitor abandoned shopping cart orders and follow up from website
What We’re Looking For Includes:
  • Well organized and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage work load effectively with minimal supervision
  • Must be computer literate, with at least novice experience in MS Outlook and Excel
  • Highly evolved time management skills with exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, detail oriented with a dynamic personality
