POSITION: Customer Success Manager
TERRITORY: SW Ontario/Remote

MacDonald Search Group is a national permanent placement recruiting firm and we recruit on behalf of hiring companies.

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading energy solutions company with a well-known brand and they are on the hunt for a Customer Success Manager to add to their growing sales organization.

The CSM will focus on providing white glove service to a cohort of existing business-to-business accounts with a focus on all aftersale needs and retention. Direct contact will be with Builders, Property Managers, and Commercial Customers.

Success in this role will require proactive communication, strategic problem resolution, and working effectively cross-functionally to resolve issues.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • University/College education preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales/retention/client success role with a business-to-business focus
  • Utilize influential and negotiation skills and build effective relationships
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to manage conflict
  • Comfortable dealing with internal/external customers at all organizational levels; especially executives
  • Must be very comfortable with public speaking, addressing a crowd, and delivering presentations in a group setting
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong decision making and analytical skills
  • Exposure with CRM databases (i.e. Salesforce would be an asset
COMPENSATION:
  • Base salary + annual performance bonus = 80-90K
  • Mileage
