The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and engage a diverse audience. From creating compelling online campaigns to managing social media platforms, the role will have the opportunity to shape the digital narrative of one of BC's most beloved brewing companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Strategy Development - Devise and implement innovative digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Social Media - Oversee and manage all social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement. Create and curate engaging content, including visuals and copy, to drive brand awareness and community interaction.
  • Content creation - collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling digital content, including blog posts, videos, and graphics.
  • Email Marketing - develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships and drive sales.
  • Analytics and Reporting - monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the beverage or hospitality industry; craft beer experience is ideal!
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital advertising
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
