The Director, Leasing & Operations' primary role is to aggressively build, grow, and maintain national in-venue digital advertising media network footprint in key markets in Toronto, engaging and securing leasing opportunities with both large venue chains and popular independents.

LEASING
  • Research and lease venues for company media products in various establishments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with venues to secure leasing contracts and introduce new media products.
  • Educate venues on revenue-generating opportunities of companys'media products.
  • Track leasing progress and provide weekly updates to senior management.
  • Meet measurable leasing targets and goals.
DEPLOYMENT
  • Collaborate with teams to schedule and complete installations of media products.
  • Ensure smooth installations and maintain relationships with venue personnel.
  • Minimize disruptions during installations and troubleshoot issues when necessary.
OVERSIGHT & MAINTENANCE
  • Monitor venues to ensure product functionality and owner satisfaction.
  • Proactively anticipate and address challenges to maintain positive relationships with venues.
  • Provide actionable insights to build confidence and loyalty to the companys' brand.
