One of BC's largest hockey associations is looking to bring on a New Director to the team. Reporting to the Board you will manage all things hockey. Your focus will be to create an incredible experience for the community of players and to work with the many volunteers that help coaches and officials make the season a memorable experience.
Reporting to the board you will manage the programs and services and be the face of the Association.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an operational plan with the goal of meeting objectives.
- Day to day Financial Management in coordination with the Secretary Treasurer and bookkeeper.
- Develop cooperative initiatives with other leagues within PCHA
- Oversee planning, implementation, and execution of special projects
- Manage staffing requirements or program delivery
Requirements:
- Leadership with the ability positively influence others.

- Relationship builder with all team members.
