You will be responsible for hiring and managing staff, purchasing food, supplies and equipment, vendor management to maintenance and upkeep of the dining areas, kitchen and exterior grounds. In addition, this role will grow the business, manage all finances like payroll, budgeting, accounting etc. and deal with legal and regulatory issues of running a business. Through coaching and leadership, this role will not just meet, but exceed your customers' expectations daily.
Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate of a post-secondary certificate/diploma or degree program in food service management, hospitality or business management.
- A minimum of two years of current experience in a similar setting at a General Manager level and
- Experience in progressively responsible roles with demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, marketing and financial planning skills.
- Experience with POS systems.
