- Collaborate on marketing campaigns and product development to drive demand and sales success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an asset.
- 7+ years of experience in sales, with 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in residential development or real estate.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong knowledge of market trends in residential real estate and homebuilding.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
