Reporting to the VP Sales & Marketing, the Sales Director will be responsible for achieving all sales volume & revenue targets of all provinces in Canada with immediate focus on Western Canada.
This is a hybrid position (office/WFH) and can be based in Vancouver, BC or Calgary, AB.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct relationship management of the BCLS purchasing and retail space and planning departments along with major BC & Alberta Key chain accounts
- Managing programming through provincial agent affiliates and ensure they are held accountable to volume and programming initiatives
- Stewardship & development of the Territory Managers in BC & Alberta including hiring, fiscal volume and expenditure targets
- Sales planning, reporting, budgeting
- Post-secondary education in business or commerce, or equivalent commercial experience
- 8+ years experience in progressive sales roles in CPG or beverage alcohol industry
- Experience leading, developing and motivating high performance teams
- Positive, outgoing, high energy personality
- Strong analytical skills & business acumen
