Our client is a market leading producer of iconic beverage alcohol brands and they are looking for their next sales leader!

Reporting to the VP Sales & Marketing, the Sales Director will be responsible for achieving all sales volume & revenue targets of all provinces in Canada with immediate focus on Western Canada.

This is a hybrid position (office/WFH) and can be based in Vancouver, BC or Calgary, AB.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct relationship management of the BCLS purchasing and retail space and planning departments along with major BC & Alberta Key chain accounts
  • Managing programming through provincial agent affiliates and ensure they are held accountable to volume and programming initiatives
  • Stewardship & development of the Territory Managers in BC & Alberta including hiring, fiscal volume and expenditure targets
  • Sales planning, reporting, budgeting
Key Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in business or commerce, or equivalent commercial experience
  • 8+ years experience in progressive sales roles in CPG or beverage alcohol industry
  • Experience leading, developing and motivating high performance teams
  • Positive, outgoing, high energy personality
  • Strong analytical skills & business acumen
