The Role:

This person is responsible for generating profitable sales within the relevant channel through maintenance of existing customer base, development of new customers, and growing market share. This position is critical for ensuring our competitive advantage by driving territory sales growth.

Specific to the Distribution DSM role, they are responsible for creating and executing a distribution growth plan that includes strategic channel management, business plan development, and market share gains within respective territories. Critical to the role is the ability to establish a distribution network that provides full market penetration and limited channel conflict.

Specific to the Contractor Direct DSM role, they are responsible for identifying the contractor direct customers within their respective markets and to provide application solutions and support to gain market share while managing the life cycle of the customer relationship.
