E-Commerce Account Manager

Our North American consumer health client is expanding their team with the addition of an e-commerce account manager to support the growth of the emerging online retail Channel. With best in class products you will support clients in the Health and Wellness online retail category. If you are a talented account manager, with experience e-commerce and online customer management, looking to work in the health and wellness industry then this is the opportunity for you!

Some of what you will do in this role includes:
  • Develop and grow business with small to medium customer partners in a way that ensures their ongoing satisfaction and engagement with the company's product offerings and service commitments
  • Communicate directly with customer partners in managing listings and optimizing product visibility and delivering full response management to any availability, pricing, or supply chain issues.
  • Manage the rebate process and negotiate with customer partners on rates and agreements
  • Create and execute sales plans to grow existing accounts and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Ensure all current and new products, discontinuations, product descriptions, dimensions, and images accurately reflect the full range of product lines across multiple online channels
  • Deliver presentations at customer meetings; follow up on any outstanding customer issues or inquiries.
  • Generates sales reports and supports sales and marketing insight analysis and reporting
  • Track and respond to customer reviews
You should have the following in your background to apply:
  • Post secondary education
  • Experience in a customer-facing capacity or accounts management, preferably in a consumer product sales or e-commerce sales environment
  • A genuine interest in the health and wellness industry and in acquiring knowledge of online marketplaces, including promotional opportunities, content creation, and logistical needs
  • An understanding of customer relationship management in the virtual world and the ability to communicate effectively by email and phone
  • The potential to develop sales and product presentation skills, in person and virtually
  • Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to plan strategically, and to manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A drive for continuous improvement, working with others to enhance processes and internal resources
