Our client, a leader in innovative signage and name tag solutions has been in business for almost 40 years helping over 30,000 customers connect with their customers in over 100 countries around the world. This growing company sells and markets from major global retailers to small businesses through direct sales, trade shows and an online eCommerce presence. As an integral part of the management team, you will take charge and grow the B2B eCommerce platform for this growing company. We are looking for a high performer with in-depth knowledge of evolving web technology and trends to join our team. If you have proven B2B eCommerce success and the ability to function at a high level in cross-functional teams you are invited to join this dynamic group and help take them to the next level.

Specific Responsibilities Include:
  • The main focus is conversion and converting visitors into leads and sales
  • Work closely with the marketing team to shape content strategy
  • Oversee design, development and user experience on the website
  • Monitor web analytics and make appropriate changes
  • Prepare reports and analyze conversion numbers
  • Develop SEO/PPC Strategy/Marketing plans
  • Design and execute roadmaps while incorporating best practices
  • Budget accurately and effectively
What We’re Looking For Includes:
  • College or University degree in marketing, business or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years managing websites, driving strategy and KPI’s
  • Proficient knowledge in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Magento eCommerce platform
  • ROI analysis experience
  • Strong digital marketing skills with email marketing, social & paid Social Media experience
  • Strong understanding of website development
  • Project management and hands-on experience with platform migration an asset
  • Ability to use analytics and traffic measurement tools to drive website content decisions
  • Strong understanding of digital landscape (online merchandising, digital marketing and web development)
  • Must be a hands-on, proactive, strong leader and change agent who is collaborative, forward-thinking and an excellent communicator
