Our client is a digital agency that specializes in the e-commerce industry and is looking for an Engineering Manager to join their team Remotely. In the role, you will own the completion of engineering team goals and collaborate with the Director of Engineering and other leaders.

Responsibilities:
  • Managed various teams of 7-10 direct reports
  • Act as a key member to the agency task force
  • Collaborate with delivery team and co-manage team pods
  • When required, provide sales with with engineering solution support
Qualifications
  • Strong experience working with Javascript, Ruby, or Shopify
  • 5+ years experience working in web development with 2+ years managing teams
  • Experience in architecting fullstack web development projects
  • Agency experience is considered a major asset
