Our client is an innovative Saas company working in loyalty marketing and point-of-sale service industry and is looking for a Team Lead, Engineering to join their team in Hamilton. In the role, you will create a seamless software experience and improve existing/future projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate and lead a team of engineering to determine best practices
  • Hands on development of software products to meet client requirements
  • Maintain, test, and troubleshoot existing applications
  • Support and train team members on latest technologies and day-to-day activities
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
  • 5 years' or more experience working with Ruby/Ruby on Rails/RoR
  • Previous experience working with web development technologies and other scripting languages
  • Proven experience working at a Senior level with mentorship/team lead duties
