Our client is a leader in the distribution of specialty chemicals and is looking for an Enterprise Systems Analyst to join their team here in Toronto. In the role, you will be responsible for the administration of the WMS and other applications.

Responsibilities:

System administration of internal WMS
Review processes that support various business functions
Partner with Project Managers, internal and external stakeholders, and other to define business requirements
Prepare technical reports of IT personnel
Troubleshoot performance and system failures

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
2+ years experience in system admin functions
Experience working with ERP, WHM, and CRM technologies
Technical experience with Synapse, SnowFlake, Tableau, and JDE
Strong communicator to work well with external end users
