ESTIMATOR – Commercial Construction

In addition to these characteristics, the successful candidate will have extremely high attention to detail and be a team player.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete quantity take-offs from architectural drawings.
  Ability to develop a detailed understanding of the features, benefits, and options available for the clients.
  You will be responsible for understanding the building code as it relates to all the products we sell.
  Prepare estimates and purchase orders in detail for all product lines.
  Manage bid pricing from vendors
• Prepare cost analysis.
  

• 3 to 5 years of construction estimating experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Client relations experience in either building construction /project management
• Entrepreneurial company and culture
