Our client is hiring an Executive Sous Chef for to join the stadium culinary team. This role supports the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations, ensuring top-notch food quality, safety, and service during fast-paced stadium events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of food outlet kitchens.
  • Enforce organizational policies and standards for staff compliance.
  • Schedule and develop staff, manage performance evaluations, and payroll.
  • Create and analyze menus to optimize efficiency and costs.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, maintain vendor relationships.
  • 3-5 years of executive sous chef experience.
  • Degree/certification from culinary institute or Red Seal Certification preferred.
  • Proven track record in improving kitchen efficiencies and reducing costs.
  • Strong managerial, financial analysis, and communication skills.
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
