Our client, a Nationwide leader in the Digital Enablement and Audiovisual Field, is looking to expand and grow their dynamic team in the Maritimes with a Field Service Technician. This person will work in partnership with the Global Helpdesk to provide Service support for customers at on-site locations with the end goals of restoring functionality to our customers’ assets while delivering a world-class Customer Service experience. This role comes with a competitive compensation package and a company car/gas card.
We are looking for someone that comes from a strong AV background with integration experience. Experience with Polycom, Cisco, Crestron Toolbox, UCC, etc. is an absolute asset.
