Our Client provides Wealth Management, Estate Planning, Investment, and Insurance solutions for their clients. They are seeking a Financial Services Assistant to become an integral part of their team. This individual will coordinate all aspects of the client interaction, booking appointments, administering accounts, responding to enquires, and building meaningful relationships.

This role will incorporate a mix of in-office (Downtown Calgary) and remote working. The individual will also support business development and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing documentation, and marketing activities.
  • Provide ongoing service and support to clients.
  • Ensure client information is accurate and current.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely, responsive manner.
  • Resolve issues affecting client transactions expeditiously and accurately.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue within the existing client base.
  • Maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge.
