Our client is a market leader in providing rental equipment for infrastructure and utility projects across North America. As part of a national initiative, we are currently hiring for a Fleet Services Coordinator, covering all branches across Canada, and being based out of our Milton HQ.

Some responsibilities in this role include :
  • Ensure equipment rental readiness - checking and aligning all equipment to be 100% ready for our clients.
  • Identify preventative maintenance and comply with equipment safety as well as operating procedures.
  • Monitor maintenance costs, and stay within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal teams across Canada to provide on-time and high-quality equipment conditions for client use.
  • Ensure all training is complete for self and crew.
  • Prioritize repair and maintenance work for all units in service
  • Maintain equipment database with all internal information and inspection and service history.
